Ara is a mental health product branded towards the startup, Lyra, a mental health care platform that connects patients with therapists through technology with a human touch.
Ara was designed to target users that experience 'Sunday Scaries:' the anxiety and depression an individual's feel on Sunday nights due to the anticipation of the upcoming work week. Ara is a smart analog product that syncs to a smart device. Ara promotes users to create a productive, gratifying, schedule so users feel accomplished and prepared for the approaching week. Users are promoted to 'Plan' a productive Sunday by a simple check list, 'Identify' when they feel anxious, 'Explore' something new to do, and 'Reflect' on their day and feelings.
